The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We suggest arriving between 4:45-5:00 PM to find parking and get settled. There is a lot directly across the street from Vintage Ballroom.

Please let us know by July 2nd, 2025 whether you will be attending or not.

We suggest semi-formal to formal attire

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, Vintage Ballroom, 614 S 11th St, Omaha, NE 68102

Although we love and adore the children in our lives, due to space restriction, we cannot accomodate guests under 21 years of age on our wedding day.

We'll be serving heavy hors d'oeuvres with plenty of options to choose from

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Our wedding will take place at Vintage Ballroom on August 2, 2025 and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Followed by cocktail hour and the reception which is anticipated to end around 11:30 PM.

The doors to the venue will open at 4:30 PM, which is one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures downtown. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks and snacks and a violinist and guitarist will be playing music. Beginning at 7PM heavy hor d'voures will be available with dancing to follow.

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.
